1:got to your wifi settings and in the DNS box type 78.109.17.60
2.go to activation screen and tap activation help
3.go to menu-applications-crash(tap crash and springboard will reload)
4.go to wifi settings and clear the DNS an go turn the http proxy to manual.
5.In the server type ㊙️25 times-for port type 8888
6.press next and springboard will relaunch
7.keep trying to select a language until you get
To the Home screen
